Momose Toshiya
Toshiya Momose 1968 –
Born in 1968 in Tokyo. Completed his graduate studies in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Kyushu Sangyo University in 1994. His prizes include the 7th Annual Konica Photo of the Year in 1996 and the photographic Society of Japan New Photographer Prize in 2000.In 2002 ,his collection Tokyo=shanghai was awarded the 21st Domon Ken Prize.His numerous exhibitions both in Japan and abroad include NEVER LAND:MY Havana(Konica Minolta Plaza,2006) and Stills (PARROTTA CONTEMPORARY ART Germany 2008). Indo Shoran(Madosha)[A Witness to India] has been recently published.
